Return & Exchange Policy

LOVODA strives towards providing excellent customer service with guaranteed satisfaction on all of our merchandise.  If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it for an exchange or full refund within 30 days of the shipment date. LOVODA will happily accept any products with the original packaging and tags for a full refund or credit for all qualifying orders in the United States.
 
Returns/ exchanges take approximately 7 business days or less to be processed once we receive the returned/ exchanged item(s). The refunded amount will take 5-7 business days to be processed back to your credit card. Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.
 
LOVODA carefully inspects every item that is shipped out to our customers to ensure the best quality possible.
